Dillard’s, Inc. in a case where the Plaintiff alleges she slipped in vomit at Dillard’s store in St. Clair Square in 2013. The District Court agreed with Dillard’s that the Plaintiff deliberately failed to disclose an amount in controversy in excess of the $75,000 requirement for federal diversity jurisdiction.
